HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Complete the Cookie Order Form (click link above).
Please reach out as early as possible to reserve your date. I kindly suggest at least 2-3 months in advance if you can :) Please note that completing the form will not guarantee or secure your date. I will return your message as quickly as possible to provide my availability, any additional questions I have for you, and a preliminary quote.
DIDN'T RECEIVE A REPLY FROM YOUR RECENT INQUIRY?
If you haven't received an email from me regarding your recent cookie inquiry, please check your promotions folder as well as your junk and spam to see if my replies have accidentally been sent there instead. If it's been 48 hours since you submitted an inquiry, your order may still be under review. Your patience is very much appreciated.
WHEN IS PAYMENT DUE?
Full payment is due 2 weeks prior to your pick up date. Once you have booked your service, I will send you an invoice with payment methods. If you are booking less than two weeks out from your event, an additional rush fee may apply.
HOW ARE THE COOKIES PACKAGED?
Each cookie is individually heat sealed in food safe cellophane bags for freshness.
They are then packaged in a window bakery box with paper filler.
HOW LONG DO THE COOKIES STAY FRESH?
If the cookies remain in their original packaging at room temperature (in a cool, dry place), they will stay fresh for 2+ weeks. They can also be frozen in their original packaging to last a few months. Please note that when thawing, do not open the package, but let them come to room temperature in their original heat sealed bags.
DO YOU OFFER GLUTEN-FREE OR DAIRY FREE COOKIES?
I bake in a gluten-friendly kitchen and at this time, I currently only offer dairy free vanilla sugar cookies.
HOW DO I GET MY ORDER?
You can pick up your order from us in Issaquah, Washington. Delivery or coordinated pickup is available to the greater Seattle area at an additional charge.
